Competenze

Job Scope

The Assistant HR Manager handles various HR functions including staffing, employee relations, training, payroll, and projects. You will work independently and with the team, supporting leadership and developing strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Manage HR functions in Dubai: recruitment, compensation, employee relations, engagement
  • Develop and implement HR strategies for UAE
  • Ensure payroll and attendance records are accurate
  • Maintain departmental reports and records
  • Enhance employee productivity and commitment
  • Build relationships within the organization
  • Support HR strategies and change initiatives globally
  • Build relationships with leadership and advise on management issues
  • Design solutions to improve engagement and processes
  • Visit fields to connect with staff and management
  • Support performance management, talent sourcing, and employee development
  • Lead organizational change and design
  • Promote company culture and lead by example
  • Conduct regular meetings for communication and goal alignment
  • Manage offboarding and exit processes
  • Handle grievances and disciplinary actions
  • Oversee onboarding and staffing procedures
  • Assist with special projects and reports

Qualifications

  • Degree in HR Management or related field
  • 7-8 years’ experience in a large, fast-paced organization
  • HR generalist experience, preferably in hospitality or travel
  • Experience with HR policies and enforcement
  • Independent, proactive, responsible, detail-oriented
  • Knowledge of management principles
  • Team player, committed to quality and deadlines
  • Proficient in MS Office, HRIS, Payroll
  • Fluent in English, Italian; additional languages a plus
