Competenze

  • 7-8 years of relevant experience in a sizable, fast-paced organization.
  • Experience in hospitality or travel industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, collective bargaining, and HRIS systems.

Mansioni

  • Manage HR functions in Dubai, including recruitment, benefits, and performance.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies for UAE.

Job Scope :

The Assistant HR Manager will handle various HR functions including staffing, employee relations, training, payroll, and more. You will work independently and with the team, supporting senior management and strategic initiatives to align HR practices with organizational goals.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage HR functions in Dubai, including recruitment, benefits, performance, and employee engagement
  • Develop and implement HR strategies for UAE
  • Ensure accurate payroll and record-keeping
  • Build relationships within the organization and support HR initiatives
  • Support change management and organizational development
  • Visit field locations to build relationships with staff
  • Assist in talent sourcing, onboarding, and offboarding processes
  • Handle grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions
  • Prepare reports and analyze personnel data

Qualifications :

  • Degree in HR Management or related field
  • 7-8 years of relevant experience in a sizable, fast-paced organization
  • Experience in hospitality or travel industry preferred
  • Knowledge of HR policies, collective bargaining, and HRIS systems
  • Proficient in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus
  • Independent, proactive, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
