Societe Generale Factoring en Italie propose un stage KYC & ESG. Vous soutiendrez l'équipe commerciale dans la due diligence et les processus ESG, et serez le point de contact local pour les sujets KYC et ESG.

Vous collaborerez avec les équipes basées à Bucarest et à Bangalore pour l'onboarding KYC, la revue et le contrôle des documents clients, tout en renforçant les pratiques ESG et la qualité des données.

Competenze

• Étudiant en Bac+3 ou plus en conformité, AML, gestion des risques, finance ou domaine connexe.
• Intérêt marqué pour KYC, conformité, AML et sujets ESG.
• Maîtrise d'Excel et PowerPoint souhaitée.

Mansioni

• Soutenir les processus KYC onboarding et revue périodique en coordination avec les analystes KYC.

Vos missions au quotidienReporting into the Business Unit GTPS (Global Transaction & Payment Services) of Societe Generale, a leading French banking Group, Societe Generale Factoring is significant player in the field of Factoring. In Italy, Societe Generale Factoring ranks #10th on the factoring market and manages a portfolio of approximately 250 clients and 1500 debtors and a total yearly turnover exceeding EUR 7.5bn.As a KYC & ESG Assistant Intern, you will support the commercial team in ensuring the smooth execution of customer due diligence and ESG processes. You will act as a local point of contact for KYC and ESG matters, working closely with dedicated support teams located in Bucharest and Bangalore.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Supporting KYC onboarding and periodic review processes in coordination with KYC analysts based in Bucharest.
• Assisting the Commercial Team in collecting, reviewing, and monitoring client documentation.
• Acting as the local point of contact for ESG topics within Société Générale Factoring France.
• Supporting ESG assessments and processes in collaboration with ESG analysts based in Bangalore.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of KYC and ESG procedures and data quality.

Et si c’était vous ?

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3 or above) in Compliance, AML, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong interest in KYC, Compliance, AML, and ESG topics.
• Native Italian speaker with good command of English.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in an international environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
