Societe Generale Factoring recherche un(e) stagiaire KYC & ESG pour soutenir l'équipe commerciale dans l'exécution des diligences clients et des processus ESG. Vous agirez comme point de contact local pour les questions KYC et ESG, en collaboration avec des équipes de soutien à Bucarest et Bangalore.

Les missions incluent le soutien au onboarding KYC, la revue périodique et la collecte de documents clients, avec une interaction locale pour les sujets ESG et une collaboration internationale.

Competenze

• Étudiant(e) en Bac+3 ou plus dans le domaine pertinent.
• Intérêt fort pour KYC, Compliance, AML et ESG.
• Maîtrise des outils MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) requise.

Mansioni

• Soutenir les processus KYC onboarding et revue périodique avec les analystes KYC.
• Collecter, vérifier et suivre la documentation client avec l'équipe commerciale.
• Être le point de contact local pour les sujets ESG au sein de Société Générale Factoring France.
• Collaborer avec les analystes ESG basés à Bangalore pour les évaluations ESG.
• Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des procédures KYC/ESG et à la qualité des données.

Reporting into the Business Unit GTPS (Global Transaction & Payment Services) of Societe Generale, a leading French banking Group, Societe Generale Factoring is significant player in the field of Factoring. In Italy, Societe Generale Factoring ranks #10th on the factoring market and manages a portfolio of approximately 250 clients and 1500 debtors and a total yearly turnover exceeding EUR 7.5bn.

As a KYC & ESG Assistant Intern, you will support the commercial team in ensuring the smooth execution of customer due diligence and ESG processes. You will act as a local point of contact for KYC and ESG matters, working closely with dedicated support teams located in Bucharest and Bangalore.

• Supporting KYC onboarding and periodic review processes in coordination with KYC analysts based in Bucharest.
• Assisting the Commercial Team in collecting, reviewing, and monitoring client documentation.
• Acting as the local point of contact for ESG topics within Société Générale Factoring France.
• Supporting ESG assessments and processes in collaboration with ESG analysts based in Bangalore.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of KYC and ESG procedures and data quality.

Et si c’était vous ?

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3 or above) in Compliance, AML, Risk Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong interest in KYC, Compliance, AML, and ESG topics.
• Native Italian speaker with good command of English.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in an international environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
