NIKE, Inc. is hiring an Assistant Head Coach in Mantova, Italy to support the Head Coach in delivering a premium shopping experience and leading a diverse team. The role focuses on sales targets, customer service excellence, and collaboration with various store departments.

Competenze

• Some experience in retail and/or leadership positions.
• Very good command of English (written and spoken).
• Experience and competency in delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to coach and develop a strong team.
• Strong focus on communication.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.

• Cooperating with the Head Coach to create a unique shopping experience and deliver service excellence to our consumers.
• Coordinating, supporting and supervising a diverse team and ensuring an excellent work atmosphere.
• Implementing operational excellent processes and tools to reach sales targets, optimize services and improve consumer satisfaction.
• Overseeing various departments such as Commercial, Athlete and/or Consumer Experience.
• Supporting Head Coach in implementing NIKE’s strategy in store (sustainability, membership, digital services).
• Providing reports about store activities, local marketplace and consumer insights.
• Ensuring store compliance with NIKE standards and guidelines.
• Cooperating with business partners across stores and HQ.
