What will be your mission?

We are looking for an Assistant General Manager, a senior leadership role supporting the General Manager in overseeing overall hotel operations. You will be responsible for driving business growth, improving guest satisfaction, encouraging teamwork, loyalty, and unity within departments, and enhancing the hotel's reputation.

What will you do?
  • Support the General Manager in managing and motivating the hotel team, promoting their growth and potential.
  • Ensure all services meet the highest quality standards.
  • Supervise and support Department Heads to achieve optimal results.
  • Identify commercial opportunities and engage with potential local clients.
  • Develop hotel products and services.
  • Monitor competitors to identify best practices.
  • Assist in analyzing operations reports and hotel accounts, studying various parameters and their trends.
  • Support in economic and financial procedures, including Forecast and Budget, ensuring compliance with corporate policies.
  • Ensure compliance with sanitation, hygiene, health, safety legislation, and organizational standards.
  • Supervise outsourcing for Housekeeping, ensuring proper cleaning and standards are upheld.
  • Maintain control over financial and operational reports regularly.
  • Engage with clients, staff, providers, HQ, and auditors.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate new business and increase request confirmations.
  • Lead by example in commitment and work ethic.
What are we looking for?
  • Fluent in English and Italian (spoken and written).
  • Strong knowledge of Revenue Management.
  • Higher education, preferably in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as Head of Front Office, F&B, or Meeting Department in international hotel companies.
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and strategic skills.
