We are seeking an Assistant General Manager for this luxurious hotel.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the General Manager, the responsibilities include:

  • Implementing hotel strategy across all departments.
  • Providing leadership and managing daily hotel operations.
  • Supporting and implementing corporate programs and guidelines.
  • Developing team potential and motivation.
  • Enhancing luxury products and services.
  • Monitoring competitors to identify best practices.
  • Ensuring compliance with Anantara and LQA standards.
  • Guaranteeing excellent guest experiences throughout their stay.
  • Analyzing operational reports and hotel accounts.
  • Supporting financial procedures such as forecasting and budgeting.
  • Leading by example in commitment and work ethic.
