Your key responsibilities

Rocco Forte Hotels are a collection of iconic hotels that respect the individuality of location and its team members, encouraging them to be their natural selves while providing a local, authentic experience to our guests.

As a valued part of the Forte family, you will :

• Lead an outstanding department by setting high standards, providing guidance and development to achieve consistently high levels of service;
• Create and seek opportunities to learn and develop others to drive the performance of the department and the hotel;
• Ensure that housekeeping requests by guests are responded to in a timely and efficient manner and anticipate guests’ needs where possible;
• Guarantee daily inspection of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-the-house areas to maintain and reach our service standards;
• Help in maintaining all department inventories and cleaning schedules;
• Support the Executive Housekeeper to maintain the décor of staff houses, lockers, and back-of-the-house areas;
• Assist the Executive Housekeeper in staff appraisals, training, and development;
• Comply with the financial objectives of the department.
