We are looking for a motivated Assistant Executive Housekeeper to join our pre-opening team.

The role will report to the Executive Housekeeper Conveniently located adjacent to Rome Termini Station and a short distance from the Colosseum, the 238-room Hyatt Regency Rome Central is a contemporary 5-star hotel offering premium business services and one of Italy’s most dazzling leisure rooftop experiences. The hotel is also featuring a SPA, 5 food & beverages outlets and more than 1000 sqm events venues. Key responsibilities : Supporting the Executive Housekeeper for directing, supervising, and coordinating the daily activities of the housekeeping department. Handling guests’ complaints and special requests Ensuring that public areas, guestrooms, and linen are up to the standard Educating all team members to be compliant with brand standards Manage monthly inventories and control stock levels Running daily cleanliness spot check Manage lost and found items Monitoring guests’ laundry delivery, linen & staff uniforms Monitoring the outsourced cleaning company Reporting to the Executive Housekeeper Skills and requirements Previous experience as Assistant Executive Housekeeper or in a similar role. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning products, and industry standards. Proficiency in inventory management and cost control.
