Mode Search Ltd. in Milan is seeking an Assistant Designer to join its growing design team on-site. You will support across Ready-to-Wear categories under the Head of Design, collaborating with the wider creative leadership.

You will assist with research, mood boards, color palettes and fabric direction, and help prepare sketches, specs and materials through the development process. The role involves close teamwork with product development and production.

Competenze

• Experience as an Assistant Designer or similar Ready-to-Wear role in luxury fashion.
• Experience across multiple RTW categories; knowledge of garments, fabrics, fit and development.
• Proficiency in Illustrator & Photoshop with strong sketching and presentation skills.

Mansioni

• Support design and development of Ready-to-Wear collections under the Head of Design.
• Assist with research, mood boards, colour palettes and fabrics.
• Prepare sketches, specs and materials; support fittings with product teams.
• Collaborate with product development and production; meet seasonal deadlines.
