For our Buying team based in Brugherio (MB), we are looking for an Assistant Buyer (Home) – full-time, permanent.

You will provide creative and administrative support to the Buyer in developing product ranges to meet sales, margin, and stock targets within a specific product/category area. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the buying process.

Your Impact

Reporting to the Buying Manager (Home), you will be responsible for:

1. Managing and keeping updated all information on vendors including company profile, logo, positioning, contact person, Guest/Expert, etc.
2. Communicating information on the agreed product purchase characteristics for the order process.
3. Managing samples used in the Buying team from reception to return.
4. Providing business information on Guest availability and keeping vendors informed of any changes to the PAL.
5. Data entry activities related to products on internal programs.

• Good knowledge of Excel.
