Job Description:

On behalf of our client, a well-established audit firm, GRS Recruitment is currently looking to recruit an Assistant Audit Manager to join their expanding team at their offices in Nicosia. Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Perform and review audits for large companies, ensuring planning, execution, and completion are in accordance with ISAs and the firm’s audit methodology.
• Review and prepare financial statements under IFRSs.
• Review and prepare client tax returns and tax computations.
• Review and prepare accounting, VAT, VIES reporting.
• Report to the Partner regarding the status, progress, and completion of audits and other assignments.
• Provide high-quality client service.
• Supervise a small team.

Candidate Profile:

• Qualified (ACA or ACCA) with a related Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• At least 4 years of audit experience.
• Experience with international clients.
• Good knowledge of Cyprus tax framework.
• Excellent command of Greek and English, both verbal and written.
• Analytical and organizational skills.
• Trustworthy and responsible.
• Previous managerial and personnel experience.
