Assistant Account Executive - Broker Assicurativo

Risorse Professional, a company specializing in the search and selection of Middle & Senior Management personnel, is looking for a Assistant Account Executive for a specialized insurance broker in the property insurance sector.

The role supports the Account Executive in operational and administrative management of the client portfolio, handling back-office activities, technical customer assistance, and supporting negotiations with insurance companies, contributing to the efficient management of the insurance business.

Responsibilities include:

1. Supporting the Account Executive in managing the client insurance portfolio
2. Managing administrative activities related to policies: renewals, receipts, payments, premium adjustments, document checks
3. Issuing quotes, policies, and appendices via insurance company portals
4. Providing technical and administrative assistance to clients
5. Collaborating in risk placement: quoting requests, proposal comparison, negotiation management
6. Supporting periodic policy condition renegotiations
7. Handling claim openings and supporting the Account Executive in their management

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Economics or Legal disciplines
• 3-4 years of experience in insurance brokerage
• Familiarity with Property Insurance
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
• Basic knowledge of the English language
• Additional qualities: problem-solving skills, accuracy, proactive attitude, excellent relational, communication, and teamworking skills
