Une opportunité exceptionnelle pour travailler sur des projets en Private Equity Real Estate à Milan. En tant qu'Asset Manager, vous serez impliqué dans tous les aspects techniques, de l'origine des accords à leur exécution. Vous collaborerez avec des investisseurs institutionnels et participerez à des analyses financières et à la gestion de projets.

Competenze

• 1+ years related experience within Real Estate investment/asset management.
• Proficiency in Italian and English.
• Ability to read and understand key real estate agreements.

Mansioni

• Participate in asset management of development projects.
• Conduct financial analysis of acquisitions and development opportunities.
• Coordinate work of all stakeholders involved in projects.

Descrizione del lavoro

• Participate in the asset management of existing development projects (design meetings, interfacing with sellers and capital partners, pulling market research, executing lease or sales analysis, and administrating investor requirements);
• Business Planning, Cash Flow Analysis and reporting;
• Coordinate the work of all the stakeholders involved in the project (consultants, banks, project managers, general contractors, etc);
• Financial analysis of acquisitions and development opportunities via financial modelling, analysis of cash flows;
• Participate in the management of projects such as feasibility analysis, entitlement processes, financing, design, contracting, and construction management.
• MSc degree in Engineering / Architecture / Economic / Finance / Management or similar;
• 1+ years related experience wothin a Real Estate investment / asset management firm;
• Strong analytical skills and ability to read and understand key real estate agreements;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word;
• Proficiency in Italian and English;
• Excellent communication and time management skills.

Excellent opportunity to work on live Private Equity Real Estate / Structured Finance deals with exposure to institutional investors and to all technical aspects, from deal origination to execution.
