Why This Role Is Right for You
As an IT Asset Manager, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Milan. Together, we work on managing all the IT asset across the entire Nexi Group ensuring the proper stock and Life Cycle in all the country. The role involves the management and maintenance of IT assets in the workplace, to ensure effective business operations. The person in charge will have to manage the life cycle of the equipment and ensure compliance with company standards and compliance with all regulations up to the management of asset returns or destruction with the definition of an auditable process. Furthermore, he / she will have to manage the KPIs of the Asset Management process, the related invoice controls and also other KPIs in the workplace.
About Your Future Role
In this position, you will :
- creation and management of the appointment schedule for the Life Cycle
- control of IT asset stocks in the various countries to always ensure sufficient stock for both new hire and Life Cycle
- development and management of KPIs specific to the Asset Management area and also for controlling the Life Cycle process
- development and management of KPIs in the Workplace area
- development of interfaces with supplier systems and asset nexi tools to improve the quality of recorded and tracking data
- description of asset management processes from purchase to return / destruction, taking into account the appropriate regulations, in order to align all nexi countries with the same processes and tracking systems
- control of IT asset invoice correspondence with what was ordered and delivered

Essential Qualifications :
- excellent knowledge of Excel to be able to manage large amounts of data for controls and management of activities
- excellent knowledge of Asset Management processes and related tools (e.g. Service Now)
- aptitude for documentation and process description
- strong propensity for teamwork and with colleagues of different nationalities and backgrounds
Bonus Skills :
- previous experience in managing large amounts of data with excel
- previous and proven experience in developing and documenting processes for asset management in structured companies of similar size to nexi
- concrete experience in managing IT assets in the workplace in companies with thousands of employees
