A leading company in renewable energy is seeking an Asset Management Specialist in Milan. The role involves managing key stakeholder relationships and assisting with operational tasks. Ideal candidates will have experience in the energy sector, strong analytical skills, and knowledge of solar PV technologies.

Competenze

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the energy sector.
  • Previous experience in solar PV/renewables is a plus.
  • Specialized master’s degree or training on renewables/solar PV is advantageous.

Descrizione del lavoro

  • Support the management of the relationships with the main institutional stakeholders related to regulation and market (Arera, Terna, GSE, etc).
  • Support the Asset Manager in the identification of potential of technical changes in the sector legislation that could impact on operating assets

O&M Management

  • Support the Head of Asset Operation reviewing the main activities (PR analysis, availabilities, preventives, QAQC, etc) for the definition of the Action Plan related to O&M deviations.
  • Support in the process related to the bidding for new contractors (RFP, EoW, EoC).
  • Support O&M in the activities related to the accomplishment of the corrective actions (permitting, technical requirements, etc).

Land Management

  • Follow all activities related to the land management, collection and preparation of documentation, tracking of permits.
  • Support the monitoring and updating of the information database, VDR and land contracts, in coordination with other departments.

Contract Management

  • Support the contract management in relation to the main contractors in the area of Asset Operation.
  • Support the management of the Power Purchase Agreement counterparties (“off-takers”)
  • Support the electricity supply contracts of operational projects.

Administrative

  • Support the Energy Management in the sale activity reporting, performance improvement, contracts review and providing a country-specific market know how.

Insurance and Crisis Management

  • Provide support on all the activities related to the insurance technical aspects claim process (impact evaluation, expert compliance, acceptance / settlement) coordinating with the Central Asset Operation
  • Follow-up on insurance claims, monitoring progresses, taking measures toward deviations.
  • Support to Monitor crisis and unexpected events by consolidating available information and notifying to any relevant internal or external stakeholder about the progress of the crisis.
  • Provide technical data analysis for the preparation of the budget for SPVs, with the objective to maximize the profitability of the assets.
  • Cooperate to elaborate management reports to follow-up on companies’ performance, from different perspectives : financial, technical, energy market, etc.
  • Support the proper functioning of the energy measuring equipment to grant a reliable source of data and comply with the sale of Energy obligations.
  • Collaborate to the preparation of the yearly budget and to the operational reporting

Business efficiency

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement asset management processes by following up specific improvement projects
  • Support to define Action Plans in coordination with other departments’ Responsible

Education :

  • Minimum 1 years of experience in Energy sector
  • Previous experience in the solar PV / renewables sector is a plus
  • Specialized master’s degree or additional training on renewables / solar PV as a plus.

  • High predisposition to multi-task working and flexibility for dynamic needs.
  • Strong analytical and process management skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work autonomously.
  • Self-driven and proactive attitude with initiative to take on challenges.
