Job Description SummaryThe Aero Alliance (50 / 50 GE Power & Baker Hughes Joint Venture) Engines Solutions Leader will provide functional leadership for the Refurbished Engines, Lease Engines, and Engine Reconfiguration value streams. Responsible for product strategy, OP plan development & execution, forecasting, repair cost management, utilization, configuration management, inventory optimization, on-time delivery, growth initiatives, and financial performance for this expanding segment of the Aero Alliance portfolio.ResponsibilitiesDeliver the operating plan including financial performance of the Asset Management Engines portfolio of services.Shape and own the vision and long-term strategy for Engines Solutions, including Refurbished, Reconfigurations, and Leasing. This includes driving fulfillment excellence and on-time delivery while optimizing inventory and cost.Develop and present the operations review, including business strategy and key operating metrics, to leadership regularly.Collaborate with Channel partners to plan, forecast, and execute against channel opportunities.Find creative solutions to complete engine builds and reconfigurations on time for Channel partners.Create business cases to support significant investments required to right-size the refurbished engines, Lease engines pool, and resources needed for reconfiguration demand.Identify and implement process improvements to simplify customer experience and provide transparency to Channel partners through digital tools.Develop and lead actions necessary to meet quality, cost, and turn-time commitments.Proactively manage repair costs, inventory, on-time delivery, core return, and cash KPIs for the segment.Integrate operations and prioritize Engine builds with depot production control and Channel partners.Provide functional leadership to the Asset Management Engines fulfillment and Operations staff.Manage the Lease Value stream, including: contract execution, member terms, contract terminations, usage, and billing; lease availability; balancing availability and maintenance planning; MGPP planning; and lease issue resolution.Manage the Refurbished Engines value stream, including buyback strategy, asset allocation, and repair management.Manage the Engine Reconfiguration Value stream, including collaboration with Channels, configuration standard development, and reconfiguration execution.Qualifications / Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business or technical discipline or HS Diploma / GED / Associates Degree plus 10-15 years of experience with gas turbine engines and processes.
- Minimum 15+ years’ experience in gas turbine repair services or related technical/ commercial roles.
- Proven leadership experience.
