Key Responsibilities :
  1. Undertake general and basic social compliance assessments based on LRQA procedures and client expectations, delivering quality reports within established protocols and timelines.
  2. Maintain knowledge of LRQA social compliance assessment procedures and local labor laws.
  3. Collaborate with team members during assessments and reporting processes, ensuring adherence to policies on integrity and confidentiality.
  4. Ensure schedule adherence, maintain high integrity standards, and prevent issues such as unhealthy on-site behavior or bribery attempts.
  5. Perform other assignments as needed.
Candidate Profile :

Education and Professional Background : A university degree in Labor Law, Human Resources, Social Work, Occupational Health and Safety, or Environmental Studies, with sufficient professional experience to meet LRQA auditor expectations.

Legal and Industry Knowledge : Deep understanding of relevant laws and standards, regional issues requiring cultural sensitivity, and experience in conducting supplier compliance assessments, including confidential worker interviews and employment record reviews.

Language Skills : Proficiency in Italian (mandatory) and English, both verbal and written.

Travel and Time Management : Willingness to travel extensively, with excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently under varying conditions.
