Canon is seeking a Health & Safety professional in Lombardy (Varese) to support the Health & Safety Management System. You will work with the RSPP to promote a strong safety culture, perform risk assessments, update DVRs, and ensure regulatory compliance across sites.

Competenze

• Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Prevention Techniques or related technical discipline.
• ASPP qualification per Italian Legislative Decree 81/2008 (Modules A and B)
• 4–6 years of experience in occupational health & safety in industrial, manufacturing, logistics or service environments.
• Good command of English.
• ISO 45001 knowledge; ISO 9001 familiarity is a plus.

In this role you support the Health & Safety Management System by working with the RSPP to promote a strong safety culture and regulatory compliance. You will help implement preventive measures, perform risk assessments, and keep safety documentation up to date. You contribute to day-to-day H&S operations across stakeholders and sites, ensuring practical, hands-on support to business operations. This position offers growth in a structured, compliance-driven environment focused on continuous improvement and a safe workplace.

• 4–6 years of experience in occupational health & safety in industrial, manufacturing, logistics, or service environments
• Strong knowledge of Italian OHS legislation (Legislative Decree 81/2008)
• Familiarity with ISO 45001 OHSMS; ISO 9001 familiarity is a plus
• Experience in inspections, internal audits, and risk assessment activities
• Good command of English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
