The company utilizes proprietary methods and technologies based on FOG (Fiber Optic Gyroscope) and MEMS (Micro Electro-Mechanical Systems) to meet specific customer needs.

Founded as a start-up in 2012 in Italy, listed on Euronext Milan since 2022, and now part of Honeywell following its acquisition and delisting in August 2024.

Our MEMS team is seeking an ASIC Designer to join our Milan office, responsible for designing, developing, testing, and integrating MEMS sensors embedded in CNS systems to meet customer requirements in the Aerospace and Defence sectors.

This role is suitable for engineers with a background in Electronics Engineering or similar scientific disciplines, with experience in ASIC design.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements, design, model, and simulate MEMS inertial sensors using Matlab / Simulink.
• Design, simulate, and layout ASICs for MEMS sensors.
• Support prototype trimming and testing development.
• Assist in defining test plans, executing test campaigns, and analyzing results.
• Generate documentation related to design, implementation, and testing activities.

Qualifications and Skills

• Master's degree in Electronics Engineering with at least five years of industry experience or PhD with two years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of integrated electronics and related architectures.
• Proficiency in modeling tools such as Matlab / Simulink.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Problem-solving skills and results-oriented mindset within time and budget constraints.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
• Knowledge of MEMS inertial sensor systems is advantageous.
