Profile:

• You graduated from an Engineering School with a master’s degree – a PhD is a plus.
• Your experience ranges from junior to advanced: you are a student OR/AND have held roles such as Algorithm or Software Engineer, Artificial Intelligence Engineer.
• You are curious and eager to stay updated on the latest trends (technical, philosophical, ethical by design).
• You enjoy thinking "outside the box" and use your creativity to solve complex challenges.
• You are recognized as a team player and promote collaborative work.
• You are user-centric and aim to design components accordingly.

Competencies:

• Deep knowledge in mathematics, algorithms, experiment planning, continuous iterations, and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in one or more AI approaches: Data-driven AI, Symbolic AI, Hybrid AI, Human/Machine dialogue, Systems Analysis.
• Understanding of norms, laws, and standards.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity.
• Ability to communicate confidently with multidisciplinary teams.
• Foundational concepts in mathematics/statistics and their application in solution studies: statistical modeling, linear algebra, optimization, machine learning.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with satellite Earth Observation and Navigation systems.
• Experience with simulation tools like Matlab & Simulink.
• Familiarity with modern Agile and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of data analysis, big data, cloud technologies, edge technologies.
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming (Python, Pytorch, Java, C++), and data science packages (numpy, scipy, scikit-learn, pandas).
• Good understanding of operating systems.

• Design and develop trustworthy AI components for various domains.
• Select and develop AI technologies such as machine learning, symbolic AI, and dialogue systems.
• Work on Natural Language Processing (NLP), Understanding (NLU), and multimodal Human-Machine dialogue including reasoning and hybrid AI approaches.
