AI ENGINEER

Our client is a rapidly growing Tech Company preparing for an ambitious scale-up phase.

Their flagship product, unique and pioneering, is already widely marketed in Italy and the US, revolutionizing its industry sector.

The selected AI Engineer

• will have a strong background in Machine Learning and NLP, joining the product team to contribute to the development of intelligent features within the client's platform.

Their work will directly impact user experience and the efficiency of digital content creation, organization, and publication.

Main responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate AI/ML models into the product (NLP, content suggestion, automatic tagging, etc.)
• Collaborate with the product and development teams to create scalable and high-performing AI-driven experiences
• Evaluate AI/LLM technologies (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, open source, etc.) and define the most relevant use cases
• Build training, tuning, and deployment pipelines for models
• Monitor, optimize, and maintain models in production
• Support R&D activities and experimentation with new approaches

Technical requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist, or AI Engineer
• Excellent knowledge of Python and major ML libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face)
• Hands-on experience with NLP models (LLM, embeddings, fine-tuning)
• Knowledge of MLOps tools and workflows (model versioning, serving, monitoring)
• Ability to write clean, documented, production-ready code
• Good command of English

Nice to have

• Experience with open source LLMs (e.g., Llama, Mistral, Mixtral, etc.)
• Knowledge of data engineering and ETL pipelines
• Experience in SaaS environments or CMS / MarTech platforms
• Contributions to open source projects
