Selection 4.0, a technologically advanced company specializing in the recruitment of Middle and Top Management profiles at both national and international levels, is seeking a talented AI Engineer.

Our client is a rapidly growing Tech Company on the verge of an ambitious scale-up phase.

Their flagship product, unique and pioneering, is already widely marketed in Italy and the US, revolutionizing its sector.

The AI Engineer will:

• Have a strong background in Machine Learning and NLP, joining the product team to develop intelligent features within the client's platform.

Their work will directly impact user experience and the efficiency of creating, organizing, and publishing digital content.

Main responsibilities include:

• Designing, developing, and integrating AI/ML models into the product (NLP, content suggestion, automatic tagging, etc.)
• Collaborating with the product and development teams to create scalable and high-performing AI-driven experiences
• Evaluating AI/LLM technologies (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, open source) and defining relevant use cases
• Building training, tuning, and deployment pipelines for models
• Monitoring, optimizing, and maintaining models in production
• Supporting R&D activities and experimentation with new approaches

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, Data Scientist, or AI Engineer
• Excellent knowledge of Python and major ML libraries (scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face)
• Practical experience with NLP models (LLMs, embeddings, fine-tuning)
• Knowledge of MLOps tools and workflows (model versioning, serving, monitoring)
• Ability to write clean, documented, production-ready code
• Good command of English
• Knowledge of data engineering and ETL pipelines
• Experience in SaaS environments or CMS/MarTech platforms

Salary range: approximately €45,000 - €60,000 depending on expertise and added value
