Job Opportunity: AI Solutions Developer in Ancona, Italy

We are seeking a talented AI Solutions Developer for a leading Italian company specializing in IT & Infrastructure Services for Consumer, Enterprise, and Business sectors.

Position Overview:

Within the company's Artificial Intelligence department, you will design, develop, and deploy AI solution architectures based on Machine Learning. You will report to the AI Department Manager and work within a team environment. The solutions will target both internal processes and market products and services.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain AI services, working on infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, analysis pipelines, and backend services/applications;
2. Develop AI solutions based on open-source technologies and integrate them into production environments;
3. Conduct in-depth analysis to integrate AI services and proprietary models from third parties;
4. Support other departments in integrating AI services into their processes and environments.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related fields;
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining AI and machine learning services, preferably with Generative AI components and Large Language Models (on-premise or as-a-service);
• Experience with DevOps / MLOps tools (e.g., Kubeflow, MLflow);
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases;
• Deep knowledge of open-source machine learning and AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, llamaindex, Ollama;
• Proficiency with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes;
• Familiarity with major cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud);
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
