Your portfolio should demonstrate a high level of quality and polish, and indicate your determination to push boundaries across several disciplines.

You will be responsible for :

• Lead & Inspire : Guide a talented team of artists across multiple disciplines (2D, 3D, UI, animation) with clarity and passion. Mentor and grow the team, fostering both creativity and excellence.
• Define the Vision : Own the overall art and Creative direction and ensure consistency across all visual elements, from idea to final product.
• Elevate Quality : Set the creative bar high and push visual boundaries across style, polish, and player engagement.
• Collaborate : Partner with design and engineering to ensure visual ideas enhance gameplay, storytelling, and user experience.

Job Requirements :

• Proven experience leading art teams on game projects (preferably mobile, but not required)
• Strong creative vision and the ability to define, communicate, and maintain a cohesive visual style and a cohesive theme
• Hands-on expertise across multiple art disciplines—concept, illustration, UI / UX, animation, motion graphics
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to inspire and give meaningful feedback across departments
• Proficiency in creative and production tools
• Deep understanding of game development pipelines and production processes
• Excellent at visual storytelling, graphic design, and typography skills
• A keen eye for motion design and a love for visual rhythm and interaction
• Experience in the mobile game industry and avid player of mobile games
• Strong knowledge in UX
• Experiences working abroad or in an international environment
• Comfortable communicating with Product Owners and other stakeholders
