Based in our Milan studio, you will join a disciplined cross-functional team focused on delivering outstanding outcomes while having fun and learning from each other. You will work on cross-studios and cross-cultural projects with members of the AKQA teams across EMEA, Americas and Asia-Pacific.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Associate Creative Directors or Creative Directors to develop and execute strategic and creative goals across client relationships and projects
• Proactively research trends and pursue ideas for both personal growth and agency innovation; seek creative mentorship when needed
• Define and establish art direction, visual style, and tone of voice across communications; deliver world-class design executions across digital platforms
• Concept and collaborate on campaign ideas with creative teams, managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and prioritizing effectively
• Take ownership of timely, high-quality deliverables that align with client style guides and brand standards
• Contribute ideas and creative work to pitch decks and new business proposals

Qualifications

• A compelling portfolio showcasing high-quality art direction and concepting across campaigns, digital experiences, and innovative products or services
• Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to develop ideas across multiple formats and platforms
• Strategic mindset, with the ability to creatively build on strategic platforms
• Passion for building and evolving brands through creative output
• Exceptional design sensibility and acute attention to detail
• Skilled in crafting high-quality key visuals, artwork, and design assets
• Hands-on approach with a strong sense of ownership and craft
• Good knowledge of interaction design (IxD) fundamentals
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Familiarity with AI design tools is a plus
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Italian is highly preferred
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Committed to continuous personal and professional growth
• Collaborative spirit, comfortable working with cross-functional teams and clients
• Proactive and enthusiastic team player, focused on creating work that delivers both creative impact and business results
