Four Corners is seeking an experienced Art Director to shape and protect the brand's visual identity across all communications for a premier fashion brand.

You will lead the creative team, oversee campaigns, and collaborate with Marketing, PR, Content and Communications to ensure a cohesive omnichannel presence.

The ideal candidate has 6–8 years of art direction experience in fashion or luxury, a strong portfolio, and fluency in English and Italian.

• Maintain consistency of the brand's visual identity across touchpoints — digital, print, retail, events, advertising, and packaging.
• Develop, implement, and monitor visual guidelines and brand standards.
• Support the Creative Director in seasonal campaigns, lookbooks, sales catalogs, events, and other key creative projects.
• Lead the art direction of photo and video shoots, ensuring assets meet aesthetic and quality standards.
• Oversee the creation and evolution of brand identity assets, including logos, packaging, visual guidelines, and communication materials.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the creative communications team, including designers, photographers, videographers, and stylists.
• Develop creative concepts through mood boards and storyboards, managing approvals with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal creative teams to ensure cohesive visual storytelling across channels.

Four Corners is the business line of AHCG specializing in the recruitment of high-profile professionals within the Fashion, Luxury, and Lifestyle industries. On behalf of an international Fashion Brand, we are currently looking for an:

Art Director

As Art Director, you will be responsible for shaping and protecting the brand's visual identity across all communication channels.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all visual communication aligns with the brand vision, values, and business objectives;
• Oversee all branded materials across Marketing, PR, Content, and Communications;
• Maintain consistency of the brand's visual identity across all touchpoints, including digital, print, retail, events, advertising, and product packaging;
• Develop, implement, and monitor visual guidelines and brand standards;
• Support the Creative Director in the development of seasonal campaigns, lookbooks, sales catalogues, events, and other key creative projects;
• Lead the art direction of photo and video shoots, ensuring all creative assets meet the brand's aesthetic and quality standards;
• Oversee the creation and evolution of brand identity assets, including logos, packaging, visual guidelines, and communication materials;
• Lead, mentor, and inspire the creative communications team, including graphic designers, photographers, videographers, and stylists;
• Develop creative concepts through mood boards and storyboards, managing the approval process with all relevant stakeholders;
• Collaborate closely with internal creative teams to ensure cohesive and impactful visual storytelling across all channels.

Requirements:

• 6–8 years of proven experience in Art Direction within the Fashion & Luxury industry, gained either in an international Fashion House or a creative agency;
• Strong portfolio demonstrating excellence in visual storytelling, branding, and creative campaign development;
• Passion for fashion, luxury, lifestyle, contemporary culture, art, and emerging trends;
• Solid understanding of social media, digital communication, and omnichannel brand experiences;
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Capture, and Keynote;
• Professional fluency in both English and Italian.
