Job Description

IGH is seeking a qualified individual for the position of Army Community Services Analyst at the US Army Garrison Italy.

Major Responsibilities (not all inclusive):

• Support programs related to military relocations, transitions, translation, cultural integration, customer service, and Italian language class facilitation.

Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree or higher.
• Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
• Experience analyzing complex data and systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows.
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and positive attitude.
• Experience working with military personnel or their families.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Italian.
• At least 2 years of experience in military relocations, transitions, translation, cultural integration, customer service, and Italian language facilitation.
