Job Description

Interactive Government Holdings (IGH) is seeking a qualified, trained, and capable individual to serve as an Army Community Services Analyst for the US Army Garrison Italy.

Position Requirements

Major Responsibilities Include (not all inclusive):

• Military Relocations
• Transitions
• Translation
• Cultural Integration
• Customer Service
• Italian language Class Facilitation

Qualified Candidates Must Possess:

• Associate’s Degree
• Possess, or be able to obtain, a Secret Security Clearance
• Expert skills at dealing with complex situations and analyzing complex data and information systems.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office applications and Microsoft Windows
• Must be able to operate a personal computer to input, store, retrieve, and manipulate data.
• Strong organizational skills and a confident, detail-oriented, customer-oriented, positive mindset will be a great asset to these positions.
• Experience working with military service members or their Family is required.
• Ability to prepare and deliver reports and presentations.

Qualifications

Must be fluent in written and oral English and Italian.

2 Years experience working with military relocations, transitions, translation, cultural integration, customer service, and Italian Language class facilitation.
