Area Talent Acquisition Manager - Southern Europe

Belmond

You are part of a team that attracts brilliant talent to our portfolio of luxury hotels and corporate offices in Milan. Working with iconic properties such as Hotel Cipriani in Venice, Hotel Splendido in Portofino, and the Grand Hotel Time in Taormina, you will recruit for a variety of roles and partner with senior management and the Global Talent Acquisition team.

What you will do

• Act as a business partner and expert on all recruitment processes and strategies for Southern Europe.
• Act as an Employer Brand Champion, attracting top-class talent and influencing hiring trends, implementing best practices to activate our new EVP.
• Create initiatives to support volume hiring such as pipelining, career fairs, and EVP activation.
• Collaborate with HR to establish and implement relevant processes and interventions.
• Identify and maintain relationships with external partners in education, industry, and within the LVMH group to attract diverse talent.
• Measure key recruitment metrics, such as source of hire and time-to-hire.

Requirements

• What you will bring
• Talent Acquisition / Recruitment specialist with demonstrated experience in recruiting for multiple roles, ideally in a multisite environment.
• Prior experience in activating Employer Brand initiatives and an understanding of best practices.
• Social media and technology savvy.
• Strong communicator and presenter capable of representing the Belmond brand to external stakeholders.
• Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are beneficial.
• Strong influencer capable of partnering with senior leaders across hotels and corporate.
• Prior experience in hospitality, retail, FMCG, or any multisite organization is advantageous.
