Our Center of Excellence "Implementation" is seeking an Area Site Manager Electrical. This role is responsible for ensuring the correct execution of the Electrical and Instrumentation Erection, in accordance with the Contractual Time Schedule, Design, and Technical Requirements. The manager will achieve contractual milestones related to the erection phase and coordinate Sub-Contractors.
The main tasks include:

1. Supervision of the installation of the Electrical System and Instrumentation.
2. Verification that the Erection Company performs work according to the Time Schedule, Design, and Technical Requirements.
3. Checking resource planning of the Erection Company.
4. Interface with engineering departments to resolve issues during execution.
5. Checking and signing off Erection Completion documents.
6. Managing Vendors and Contractors coordination.
7. Attending meetings with the Customer to report progress and advise on technical issues.
8. Providing daily reports to the General Site Manager on progress, technical, safety, and organizational issues.
9. Preparing Erection Protocols and As-Built documentation.
10. Offering technical assistance during trial and commissioning phases.
11. Leading the coordination, management, and control of Electrical/Instrumentation Erection Activities in industrial plants.

Candidates should have:

• At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in constructing steel processing plants.
• Knowledge of site erection and commissioning activities in steel plants is preferred.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate flexibility.
• Willingness to travel worldwide.
• Strong organizational skills, responsibility, and resilience under pressure.
• Openness to new approaches and innovations.
