The position follows the Logistics collective agreement, with level determined by skills and experience. Based at one of our operational sites in Italy, you will monitor safety, performance, and continuous improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent university degree.
• Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language.
• Experience in performing data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing.
• Analyse and implement corrective actions to keep quality and productivity high across all shifts.
• Support and lead a team and handle administrative work while building a strong team culture.
• Analyse performance and suggest process improvements to optimise work and customer service.
• Collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes.
