Responsibilities
- Develop and implement seasonal business plans with Brand Centers and Value Dealers.
- Expand product categories and boost sell-through through strategic account management.
- Build strong partnerships across retail, rental networks, ski schools, clubs, and associations.
- Enhance consumer experience via tailored marketing initiatives, in-store training, and events.
- Manage the order book and resolve delivery or credit issues efficiently.
- Activate trade marketing programs with Marketing to maximize performance.
- Represent Atomic at retail and consumer events, ensuring a premium brand presence.
- Share best practices with colleagues to continuously improve sales performance.
Your profile and required competencies
- Proven sales expertise in winter sports equipment with at least 3+ years in account management or a similar role
- Strong business acumen, advanced Excel, and data analysis skills
- Confident in digital tools and IT systems to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and solution-selling skills
- Customer-focused with strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Fluency in German, English, and Italian
- A genuine passion for skiing - whether Alpine, Backcountry, or Nordic - and an active personal interest in the sport
