Role: La figura ricercata
Opening new markets and achieving growth in Central Europe
  • Achieve revenue and profit targets with existing and new customers in the German-speaking countries, Poland, Czech Republic, and Slovakia.
  • Develop new business through acquisition, managing the sales cycle from start to finish, and maintaining your own portfolio.
  • Define and implement commercial policies and segment strategies with the sales team to increase market share.
  • Consult with customers, understand their needs, and translate them into compelling value propositions; negotiate and close profitable deals with support from the sales team.
  • Oversee the implementation and follow-up of agreements in collaboration with colleagues from other group companies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and agents.
  • Participate in trade fairs and act as an ambassador for your company.
  • Report directly to the Italian Sales Director.

Job requirements
  • Relevant education: bachelor’s or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Technology, Ag Tech, Horticulture, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial automation systems for fresh produce or food processing industries.
  • Strong affinity for technology or machinery; knowledge of the fruit and vegetable sector is an asset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM (Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Fluent in German and Italian; professional command of English; additional European languages are advantageous.
