The role will report to the Sales Director and will focus on high-efficiency (IE5) products with motorization.

Main Activities
  • Develop and expand the customer portfolio by consolidating and strengthening relationships with existing clients;
  • Identify and develop new markets and business opportunities;
  • Gain product and market knowledge to support national and international growth;
  • Manage quotation phases and offers, providing full technical consulting to identify the most suitable solutions;
  • Organize, manage, and participate in industry fairs and events;
  • Create and develop commercial documentation in collaboration with the marketing department;
  • Conduct market analysis;
  • Prepare budget forecasts for presentation and discussion with management;
  • Assist management in managing and increasing the customer base;
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, preparing periodic reports for management;
  • Ensure the achievement of commercial and economic targets set by management.
Requirements
  • Degree preferably in electrical/electronic engineering;
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent command of the English language;
  • Previous experience with control electronics;
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with proactivity, determination, and reliability;
  • Ability to plan work based on objectives and budgets, utilizing company CRM tools;
  • Result-oriented and capable of working effectively in a dynamic and challenging environment;
  • Autonomous and proactive.

The economic offer will be commensurate with the candidate's experience.
