Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development :

• Achieve monthly / quarterly / annual sales targets (Revenue, ASP, Collections, DSO).
• Expand market share by onboarding dealers, distributors, and dispensing agents in the assigned region.
• Penetrate hospitals, ENT clinics, audiology centers, and government tenders

Stakeholder Management :

Build strong relationships with ENT doctors, audiologists, hospitals, and NGOs .

Conduct product demos, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), and training sessions.

Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and market dynamics .

Submit actionable reports and collaborate with HQ to implement winning strategies.

Operational Efficiency :

Ensure timely order fulfillment, collections, and after-sales support.

Maintain CRM records and sales pipelines.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

Education :

Diploma / Degree in Electronics / Biomedical Engineering or Any Graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred).

Experience :

4–5 years in medical device / equipment / pharma sales ( hearing aids / ENT diagnostics preferred ).

Proven expertise in handling doctors, hospitals, and dealer networks in the respective region.

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT), CRM tools , and market analytics.

Soft Skills :

Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic planning abilities.

Travel : Field visits across the assigned region
