International Sales Area Manager

We are looking for a results-driven International Sales Area Manager to lead commercial activities across assigned countries and clients. This role is key to strengthening client relationships, identifying new opportunities, gathering critical market intelligence, and collaborating across departments to ensure efficient operations from prospecting to post-sales service.

  1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans using internal reporting tools and country-specific market insights.
  2. Strengthen relationships with local partners to stay informed about upcoming projects, competitor activity, and regional trends.
  3. Monitor key events (fairs, expos, congresses) in assigned countries and plan participation as exhibitor or visitor.
  4. Create tailored commercial strategies for each project, whether through direct engagement with the end client or via tenders and local collaborators.
  5. Identify and engage new clients in both existing and new markets.
  6. Prepare and follow up on offers in close coordination with internal departments, ensuring timely responses.
  7. Negotiate and arrange payment terms with clients, following up on collections with the administration team.
  8. Travel regularly to assigned territories to maintain close market contact.
  9. Coordinate with the technical team regarding specifications and client requirements.
  10. Handle post-sales services, including claims and commission payments.
  11. Participate in quality and environmental training as required by the role.
  12. Maintain a basic understanding of logistics and finance terminology.
  13. Demonstrate active listening and a problem-solving approach.
  14. Show open-mindedness and adaptability to fast-changing environments.
