Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development :

  • Achieve monthly / quarterly / annual sales targets (Revenue, ASP, Collections, DSO).
  • Expand market share by onboarding dealers, distributors, and dispensing agents in the assigned region.
  • Penetrate hospitals, ENT clinics, audiology centers, and government tenders

Stakeholder Management :

  • Build strong relationships with ENT doctors, audiologists, hospitals, and NGOs .
  • Conduct product demos, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), and training sessions.
  • Track competitor activity, pricing trends, and market dynamics .
  • Submit actionable reports and collaborate with HQ to implement winning strategies.
  • Operational Efficiency :

  • Ensure timely order fulfillment, collections, and after-sales support.
  • Maintain CRM records and sales pipelines.
  • Requirements

    Qualifications & Skills

    Education :

  • Diploma / Degree in Electronics / Biomedical Engineering or Any Graduate (MBA in Marketing preferred).
  • Experience :
  • 4–5 years in medical device / equipment / pharma sales ( hearing aids / ENT diagnostics preferred ).
  • Proven expertise in handling doctors, hospitals, and dealer networks in the respective region.
  • Technical Skills :
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT), CRM tools , and market analytics.
  • Soft Skills :
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Travel : Field visits across the assigned region
