Job Description :
Angelini Pharma is seeking an Area Manager Tachipirina Pediatrics Centro Sud. The person will be responsible for:
- Aligning with senior management on business and medical-scientific information objectives for the area and ensuring their achievement, including planning and resource utilization, as well as proposing communication and promotion investments (e.g., local events and congresses).
- Managing the assigned team to ensure proper deployment of company projects and team engagement.
- Conducting constant data analysis (market, activities, etc.), monitoring results and KPIs, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Gathering information from the territory regarding risks and opportunities to achieve set objectives and support the development of medical-scientific information policies.
- Ensuring continuous scientific updating and professional development of team members to facilitate effective stakeholder communication.
- Organizing regular area meetings to communicate strategies, analyze medical-scientific information results, identify improvements, and share successful solutions.
- Setting objectives and coordinating activities with individual ISFs, ensuring alignment with planning and target stakeholders.
- Managing relationships with sector opinion leaders and medical associations to support and enhance the scientific image, working cross-functionally with Medical Department and Access & Value.
- Monitoring team activities and compliance with regulations (deontological code, etc.).
Required Qualifications :
- Degree in scientific or economic management fields.
- Native Italian speaker; good English skills (preferred).
- Residence or domicile within the area of responsibility, preferably in Naples province.
Additional Requirements :
- At least 5 years of experience in pharma prescription, with a minimum of 3 years in a high-performance role.
- Knowledge of primary care and pediatric stakeholders and business (preferred).
- Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and openness to change.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
- Excellent leadership, relational, communication, negotiation, and coaching skills.
- Results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint).
- Project management skills.
