Area Manager Showroom - Russian Speaker

Peserico is an Italian Brand founded in 1962. We propose a total look with a refined and contemporary style and we make it totally in Italy with fabrics and yarns of the highest quality. We have an international distribution network present with monobrand stores, corners and luxury multibrands. For our Milan showroom, located in the center of the quadrilateral, we are looking for an Area Manager/Salesperson to support the staff in the growth and development of men's and women's collections with reference to the CIS markets.

Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, the role will specifically involve:

1. Planning, organizing, and supporting sales during campaigns with key clients;
2. Interacting with buyers from all department stores at the national level;
3. Managing and controlling orders and shipments at the sample level;
4. Coordinating and supervising all shipments of orders and any reorders;
5. Participating in the drafting of orders with clients, entering the relevant orders, and monitoring the shipping timing;
6. Collaborating on all activities of ordinary management of the showroom: setups, organizing meetings, managing and planning the agenda.

We are looking for a person with excellent organizational, management, and relational skills, as well as a strong sales aptitude and commercial knowledge of the foreign market in luxury fashion products.

Important in the evaluation of candidates are prior experiences in companies that develop luxury men's brands with attention to detail, fine fabrics, and craftsmanship.

Completing the profile is the knowledge of the Russian and English languages.
