You will work closely with retail partners and frontline teams to drive sell-out growth, elevate brand presence, and deliver an excellent consumer experience.
3+ years in consumer electronics or FMCG regional management / sales.
Solid understanding of retail operations.
Strong data analytics, strategic thinking, and execution drive.
Proven team leadership : performance management, motivation, and people development.
Bachelor’s degree or above;
Willing to travel and comfortable with flexible schedules.
