• Education Degree with Physiology/ Nutrition/ Medicine/ Biology/ Economics Pharmacology/ Foodsciences
• Approximately 5-10 years of experience in the Field gained in lifescience sector, including an experience in People management and over this period has successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom line business results
• Proficiency in Italian and English

Position Summary

The core business of the category is Infant Formulae and thanks to constant clinical research it is the leader in innovation. Nestlè has recently launched a category of supplements for children.

You will lead a team of Medical Delegates driving them to nationwide growth. You will coach the team and develop their professional and leadership skills, and monitor their performance working together with the Hospital team.

A Day in the Life of the Area Manager Nutrition

• Define and execute strategies, plans and budget goals for your Regions in line with business requirements.
• Accountable and responsible to ensure achievement of agreed targets/KPIs.
• Monitor qualitative and quantitative performance of the Medical Delegates.
• Ensure adherence to all Company principles and policies including safety and local and legal regulations.
• Collaborate with the Hospital team to share customer best practices and to implement a common business plan for the respective territory.
• Ensure development of performance, careers, and coaching of direct reports (8).
