Area Manager Italy - 100% home office position, residing in Italy (preferably in the center or north)

A company specializing in flavors and ingredients for the food industry is seeking a professional for the export department.

Main Responsibilities : Define sales objectives for their area together with the Export Director, and ensure they are met Visit clients to assess their current and future needs, proposing adaptations and developments Provide technical advice on products based on identified needs Maintain direct relationships with clients, negotiating proposal terms (prices, deadlines, etc.) Develop medium and long-term commercial strategies with a limited number of key clients, mainly food and beverage manufacturers Prospect new clients and promote the company’s products Maintain continuous communication with technical departments for proper project management

Occasional or Periodic Duties : Participation in trade shows

Preferred Qualifications :

Other languages : English at a business negotiation level Technical knowledge of the company’s products Understanding of the Italian food and beverage market
