Air Liquide Medical Systems srl, part of the Air Liquide Group, is dedicated to Medical Devices within the Healthcare Division.

We develop, manufacture, and sell innovative medical devices for respiratory disease treatment, covering three main areas:

  • Ventilation: ventilators and patient interface devices (masks) for ICU, emergency, transport, and home therapy.
  • Aerosol therapy devices
  • Devices for medical gas emanation

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Reporting to the Sales Manager and within the Commercial Department, the person will define and implement the commercial strategy for the hospital sector in Northern Italy, leading a team of Agents and Distributors.

  • Manage and develop the client portfolio, including public and private hospitals, home care providers, and resellers, building strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Supervise and effectively guide the Sales Network (Agents and Distributors), working closely with the team to manage relations with hospitals, doctors, and clients.
  • Prepare and lead tenders, defining relevant parameters.
  • Ensure continuous flow of information regarding activities and results through effective and concise reports.
  • Participate actively in marketing and communication activities to promote products and company developments, strengthening brand presence.
  • Support clients and other functions in post-sales relationships.

Are you a Match?

  • Degree in scientific subjects.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in structured multinational healthcare companies operating in the hospital market (Mechanical Ventilation).
  • Excellent negotiation skills, customer and results orientation, ability to build relationships, and develop commercial strategies. Deep understanding of the healthcare market.
  • Strategic planning and budget management skills. Ability to analyze market data and translate into concrete actions.

Work Location: Bovezzo (BS)

Regions of responsibility: Lombardia, Liguria, Veneto, Trentino Alto Adige, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Piemonte, Valle D’Aosta, Sardegna
