Un'azienda leader nel settore medicale cerca un Area Manager per il settore ospedaliero, che si occuperà della strategia commerciale nel Nord Italia. Richiesta laurea in materie scientifiche e almeno 4 anni di esperienza nel mercato Healthcare. Il candidato ideale avrà ottime capacità di negoziazione e gestione del budget, oltre a una buona conoscenza del mercato sanitario. Opportunità di crescita in un ambiente stimolante e inclusivo.

Air Liquide Medical Systems specializes in medical devices for treating respiratory diseases. The company develops, manufactures, and sells innovative products in three key areas of respiratory medicine:

• Ventilation: ventilators and patient interface devices (masks) for intensive care, emergency treatments, transport treatments, and home therapy.
• Aerosol therapy devices
• Devices for the emanation of medical gases

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

La Persona, riportando al Sales Manager e all'interno del Dipartimento Commerciale, avrà la responsabilità di definire e attuare la strategia commerciale per il settore ospedaliero nel Nord Italia, coordinando un team composto da Agenti e Rivenditori.

• Gestione e sviluppo del portafoglio clienti, incluse strutture ospedaliere pubbliche e private, fornitori di servizi domiciliari e rivenditori, attraverso l'instaurazione e il consolidamento di relazioni solide con clienti nuovi ed esistenti.
• Supervisionare e guidare efficacemente la Rete di vendita (Agenti e Distributori), lavorando a stretto contatto con il team per gestire le relazioni con Ospedali, Medici e Clienti.
• Preparare e condurre gare d'appalto, definendo i relativi parametri.
• Garantire un flusso di informazioni costante sulle attività e sui risultati, attraverso la preparazione di report efficaci e sintetici.
• Partecipare attivamente ad attività di marketing e comunicazione per promuovere i prodotti e gli sviluppi dell'azienda, al fine di consolidare e rafforzare il marchio.
• Supporto ai Clienti e alle altre Funzioni nei rapporti post-vendita.

Are you a Match?

• Laurea in materie scientifiche
• Pregressa esperienza di almeno 4 anni nel ruolo, preferibilmente in contesti multinazionali strutturati operanti nel mercato Healthcare Ospedaliero (Ventilazione meccanica).
• Ottima capacità di negoziazione, orientamento al cliente e al risultato, creazione di relazioni e sviluppo di strategie commerciali. Conoscenza approfondita del mercato sanitario.
• Competenza nella pianificazione strategica e nella gestione dei budget. Capacità di analizzare i dati di mercato e trasformarli in azioni concrete.
