Un'azienda leader nel settore delle tecnologie mediche cerca un Area Manager per la gestione del mercato ospedaliero. Il candidato ideale avrà una laurea in discipline scientifiche, almeno 4 anni di esperienza nel settore e forti capacità di negoziazione e pianificazione strategica. La posizione prevede la supervisione di un team e la gestione delle relazioni con ospedali e clienti. Luogo di lavoro: Bovezzo, con responsabilità su diverse regioni italiane.

Air Liquide Medical Systems srl, part of the Air Liquide Group, is dedicated to Medical Devices within the Healthcare Division.

We develop, manufacture, and sell innovative respiratory medicine products, including:

• Ventilation devices: ventilators and patient interface devices (masks) for intensive care, emergency, transport, and home therapy
• Aerosol therapy devices
• Medical gas delivery devices

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Reporting to the Sales Manager and within the Commercial Department, you will define and implement the commercial strategy for the hospital sector in Northern Italy, leading a team of Agents and Distributors.

• Manage and develop the client portfolio, including public and private hospitals, home care providers, and resellers, establishing and strengthening relationships with new and existing clients.
• Supervise and effectively lead the Sales Network (Agents and Distributors), working closely with the team to manage relationships with Hospitals, Doctors, and Clients.
• Prepare and conduct tenders, defining relevant parameters.
• Ensure a constant flow of information on activities and results through effective and concise reports.
• Participate actively in marketing and communication activities to promote products and company developments, strengthening the brand.
• Provide post-sales support to clients and collaborate with other functions.

Are you a Match?

• Degree in scientific subjects
• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within structured multinational healthcare companies operating in the hospital market (Mechanical Ventilation)
• Excellent negotiation skills, customer and results-oriented, with the ability to create relationships and develop commercial strategies. Deep understanding of the healthcare market.
• Skills in strategic planning and budget management. Ability to analyze market data and translate it into actionable steps.

Work Location: Bovezzo (BS)
