Una nota azienda del settore medicale cerca un Area Manager per il mercato ospedaliero. Il candidato ideale avrà esperienza nella gestione delle vendite, forte orientamento al cliente e abilità nella pianificazione strategica. La posizione prevede la responsabilità della strategia commerciale nell'area settentrionale d'Italia, gestione di un portafoglio clienti e supervisione della rete di vendita.

Competenze

  • Almeno 4 anni di esperienza in un ruolo simile.
  • Preferibile provenienza da ambienti multinazionali nel mercato sanitario.
  • Profonda conoscenza del mercato sanitario e delle strategie commerciali.

Mansioni

  • Definire e implementare la strategia commerciale per il settore ospedaliero.

Air Liquide Medical Systems srl, part of the Air Liquide Group, is the business line of the Air Liquide Healthcare Division dedicated to Medical Devices.

Air Liquide Medical Systems develops, manufactures, and sells innovative medical devices for respiratory disease treatment across three main areas:

  • Ventilation: ventilators and patient interface devices (masks) for intensive care, emergency treatments, transport, and home therapy.
  • Aerosoltherapy devices
  • Devices for medical gas emanation

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

The candidate, reporting to the Sales Manager within the Commercial Department, will be responsible for defining and implementing the commercial strategy for the hospital sector in Northern Italy, managing a team of Agents and Resellers.

  • Manage and develop the client portfolio, including public and private hospitals, home care providers, and resellers, establishing and strengthening solid relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Supervise and effectively lead the sales network (Agents and Distributors), working closely with the team to manage relationships with hospitals, doctors, and clients.
  • Prepare and conduct tender processes, defining relevant parameters.
  • Ensure consistent flow of information regarding activities and results through effective and concise reports.
  • Participate actively in marketing and communication activities to promote products and company developments, strengthening the brand.
  • Support clients and other functions in post-sales relations.

Are you a Match?

  • Degree in scientific subjects
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in structured multinational environments operating in the Healthcare Hospital market (Mechanical Ventilation).
  • Excellent negotiation skills, customer and result orientation, ability to create relationships, and develop commercial strategies. Deep understanding of the healthcare market.
  • Strategic planning and budget management skills. Ability to analyze market data and translate into concrete actions.

Work Location: Bovezzo (BS)

Regions of responsibility: Lombardy, Liguria, Veneto, Trentino Alto Adige, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Piedmont, Valle D'Aosta, Sardinia
