Air Liquide Medical Systems srl, part of the Air Liquide Group, is the business line of the Air Liquide Healthcare Division dedicated to Medical Devices.

Air Liquide Medical Systems develops, manufactures, and sells innovative medical devices for the treatment of respiratory diseases, focusing on three main areas:

  • Ventilation: ventilators and patient interface devices (masks) for intensive care, emergency treatments, transport treatments, and home therapy.
  • Aerosoltherapy devices
  • Devices for the emanation of medical gases

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Reporting to the Sales Manager within the Commercial Department, the successful candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing the commercial strategy for the hospital sector in Northern Italy, leading a team of Agents and Distributors.

  • Manage and develop the client portfolio, including public and private hospitals, home care providers, and resellers, by establishing and strengthening relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Supervise and effectively lead the Sales Network (Agents and Distributors), working closely with the team to manage relationships with Hospitals, Doctors, and Clients.
  • Prepare and conduct tenders, defining related parameters.
  • Ensure consistent communication of activities and results through effective and concise reports.
  • Actively participate in marketing and communication activities to promote products and company developments, strengthening the brand.
  • Support clients and other functions in post-sales relationships.

Are you a Match?

  • Degree in scientific subjects.
  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in structured multinational healthcare companies operating in the Hospital Market (Mechanical Ventilation).
  • Excellent negotiation skills, customer and result-oriented, with the ability to create relationships and develop commercial strategies. Deep understanding of the healthcare market.
  • Strategic planning and budget management skills. Ability to analyze market data and translate it into actionable steps.

Work Location: Bovezzo (BS)

Regions of responsibility: Lombardy, Liguria, Veneto, Trentino Alto Adige, Friuli Venezia Giulia, Piedmont, Aosta Valley, Sardinia.
