As part of the Sales Department, you will excel if you are prepared to:

• Achieve geographical area economic targets
• Develop the area's turnover
• Ensure proper flow of capital information with headquarters and stores
• Apply group policies regarding prices, promotions, and communications
• Oversee employees' health and safety, acting as safety authority
• Supervise HR policies in collaboration with the HRBP retail of the Area
• Promote store development and manage employee career paths
• Support Store Managers when needed
• Monitor targets using management tools (sales, profits, KPIs)
• Implement development plans to meet group goals
• Adapt national commercial strategies to local needs
• Coordinate with Training Department to develop retail staff skills
• Manage relationships with brands for commercial activities
• Analyze competitors to inform new strategies
• Be active on social media and animate Sephora Community
• Represent Sephora in external relations and employer branding events
• Participate in projects with HQ departments

Candidate Profile

• 5-7 years of experience as an Area Manager in a dynamic, international environment
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Excellent relationship-building abilities with internal and external stakeholders
• Resilience in a highly dynamic environment
• Advanced English skills (mandatory)
