As part of the Sales Department, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions:

  1. Achieve geographical area economic targets.
  2. Improve and develop the geographical area's turnover.
  3. Promote the correct flow of capital information to/from headquarters and stores.
  4. Ensure the correct application of group policies and economic policies (prices, promotions, communications).
  5. Be responsible for employees’ health and safety, acting as safety authority.
  6. Supervise and approve HR policies among stores within your competency, in partnership with the HRBP retail of the area.
  7. Manage employees’ career paths in collaboration with HRBP Retail of the Area.
  8. Support Store Managers when needed.
  9. Monitor your geographical area's targets through management tools (sales, profits, KPIs).
  10. Develop and share development plans with Store Managers and Specialists to achieve group goals.
  11. Implement and adapt the national commercial strategy to your geographical area according to local needs.
  12. Coordinate with the Training Department to develop retail employees’ expertise.
  13. Manage relationships with brands to implement commercial activities and plans.
  14. Conduct competitor analysis to understand the market and develop new strategies in cooperation with the Sales Director and team.
  15. Be confident with social media and animate the Sephora Community.
  16. Represent Sephora in external bureaucratic relations and employer branding events when involved.
  17. Participate in projects with HQ departments.

Who we are looking for:

  1. 5-7 years of experience as an Area Manager in a dynamic and international environment.
  2. Strong financial and analytical skills.
  3. Excellent relationship skills for internal and external stakeholders.
  4. Resilience to working in a highly dynamic environment.
  5. Advanced level of English is mandatory.
